Dadyminds is a company, which aims at promoting literacy in Rwanda. Dadyminds is dedicated to improving people’s intelligence through promotion of reading culture in the society. Nevertheless, that does not make Dadyminds a one-country service company, today, Dadyminds is a global company that offers other service categories such as literacy program, mental health program, publishing program and business program. Below, we are explaining the services of Dadyminds please look and explore what solutions Dadyminds has for your best life.
LITERACY PROGRAM
In literacy program, Dadyminds is dedicated to promote the culture of reading. At Dadyminds, we serve through helping our clients in academic and research support, books and reader’s advice.
1. Academic and research support services
We help our community by providing people with academic resources such as academic books, research journals, academic information, we help college students in their research papers and we help other different individuals who wants any information regards their needs or goals. There are some services are available free or at lower price, for example, we cannot charge primary or nursery students for curriculum books. However, for their teachers who wants better training or teaching but the cost will depend on the quantity needed (page count), format type (whether e-book or hard copy).
For secondary (high school) and college students we also help them to get the documents they need, be it for advancing their students or the national curriculum documents. We offer students very low and affordable rates as wells as we consider quantity and format type. For the product or service quantity, we are highly passionate at serving you the best we have.
We also help professional individuals in their research, we offer our services to the national (government) Institutions, non-government organisation and any other international agencies who needs help or support in their research activities,
NB: only students or teachers can request our research support services free (without a regal confirming authorization) but they show us their school identities or profiles to confirming that one is a student or a teacher
Government or national organizations or individuals, non-government organization members and international agencies and any anyone else who is not in the academic category (education: nursery, primary, high school and college) should or is obliged to provide us with legal authorization to confirm that he/she is allowed to use or have access to certain information.

2. Books
In book services, we provide people with different services (upon request), we offer e-books, paperback (hard copy or hard cover), audio books, magazines, etc. and all these products are at a low cost example our e-books are from $1-$2.5 and so on due to the page count.
3. Reader’s advice
This is one of the free services; it can also be included to mental health services. Here, we look at your life status and suggest you the best self-help or developmental books that can help you to become the best you. Then we get the book for you.
PUBLISHING PROGRAM
In publishing program, we offer different services as listed and explained below.
1. Manuscript proofreading, editing & revision
manuscript editing and manuscript revision are combined grammar check-up and correction to provide you with a high quality service. That means that we offer all these services as a package at only $10 per page or $25 per a 1000 words (author package) but if you choose one of those services only (either proofreading, editing or revision) the cash is still $10 per page or $25 per 1000 words.
{NB: 1000 words are equivalent to 3-4 standard pages ( in word document 'A4')}
2. E-book creation/formatting
The e-book creation package also comes as a package that includes internal layout and design, formatting and preparation of the soft-version or a print read for you.
Here we serve the service in three levels as follows;
I. Level one:
$1 per page, which words only with books without a table or image. Examples are manual, family histories and fiction novels etc.
II. Level two:
$2 per page, which words only on books with non-complicated tables or charts but no image of all.it allows no complicated layout and advanced feature that require time-intensive formation. This may include religious techs, poetry books, technical, manual, scholarly works and non-fictions
III. Level three:
$3 per page, which includes tables, charts and picture at this level we do a better and professional design for you. Have by your book comes can containing absolutely anything as wish.
NB: Each and every level as listed above includes; body copy (text blocks), basic header (author name and tittle), chapter starts, copyrights page, dedication page design, the contents, page number, tittle page, print proof of your book (emailed to you), front matter (preface, forward, acknowledgement, introduction and progue), back matter (end notes, source, bibliography, appendices and chapter notes) plus bulleted and number of (letters lists)
3. Cover creation
We give you a professional book cover that will sell. We need the necessary information you need your cover to display or we may suggest you some based on the book content. We will need information like; book summary, author profile, and details about how you would like your cover to look. You can also give cover image you want to use if you have one.
(we suggest different book cover temperate and you choose what you like) this is a service we charge at only $25-$45 but the cost can go at lower price or a higher price based on the kind of cover you want. We creation includes both front and back cover design. Moreover, we give you the book-bind and design measurements.
4. Printing
In printing services, we will help with bookbinding for printing the cover generally costs $1.5-5$ but the cost can range due to cover type or quantity and even size.
The printing cost $0.08 per page the cost may vary due to paper size, paper type and interial design (whether the book is coloured or is black and white with images or not), you may also have a discount of 25% of you print 500 books and a discount of 50% if you print 1000 books.
5. We also manage your loyalties and book income then we pay you periodically.
We usually pay our authors per term (three or four months). The payment may vary due to the publishing type (local or e-publishing) and how many sales you have made. For example, in local publishing, we may even pay you per week if you have made sales and in e-publishing, if our third parties pay us after three months, we will process your payment after a few days.
6. Audio book creation,
we create audio books at only $50 per 100 pages and we publish the book in our YouTube channel if you wish and share with you a 65% income per each audio book.
7. E-publishing,
this means that we distribute your e-books and paperbacks electronically and we offer a free ISBN or ASIN and a free barcode but you can bring your if you have one or if you choose to buy one its ok with us. We follow our payment policy and note that our free ISBN can not be used to distribute books any where else except in our platform.
8. Local publishing ,
we also publish your book locally where we share your books through local book stores and library. But you have to buy an ISBN and a barcode worth $150 per book.
9. Book promotion,
our book promotion starts from $20 and increases due to your target audience and platform used. We advertise books through Facebook, LinkedIn, amazon, google, etc. And local or offline advertisement is also available upon request.
10. Book talk (interview) and author interview,
these are one of the free services we do offer to our clients, we give you interview questions to talk either about your book or you yourself as an author. Then, we post your interview through our Magazine and share to our social media platforms.
MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAM
1. Mental health scanning
We will give you a questionnaire to test your mental health status. The results will help us to detect which mental disorder that you may be fighting with. After testing your mentality, we may advise you to go to the doctor because there are some mental disorder that cause other different health problems. After the doctor has tested your overall health and gave you all the necessary medications, we will then go on with our psychotherapy to help you get fully healed. “No matter the situation you are up to, it’s never too late to live your dream life; your life can be changed.” ~Anath Lee Wales
The cost for mental health scanning is generally $70 and we may also call you via skype to make sure we get the most efficient results to find how we can help you.
2. Psychotherapy (CBT)
This is sometimes referred to as talk therapy, it is done by challenging your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, behaviors and compulsions in order to improve your overall wellbeing and mental health. In this life; there are some things you must accept generally because you have no control over the situation then you must focus on moving forward, there are some things you must change (be it your mentality or actions, sometimes you need to change how you see, think and act on certain things!) and there are somethings you must let go off your life (for example, your darkest moments in life shouldn’t ruin your victory or hold you from becoming the best you, you have to fall forward!) those are the key areas that we will help you to improve in your life and the cost is $50 per session where as you may also need to take our mental health scanning such that we know how we can help you.
3. Nutrition and health advice
We will guide you in best sports and and balanced diet combination that best suits you based on your health status. The cost for this service start from $15.
4. Relationship and marriage counselling
We will help your couple solve different relationship and family problems. We will provide you with the best relationship and marriage maintenance skills, parenting and family management skills and we will also show you how your family can be your best team to work with towards wealth and health as well. The cost of one session per couple is $40
5. Personal development and career guidance ( personal coaching or mentorship)
We will create a clear image for your self concept. We will help you to find out who you have been, who you are and who you want or have to be! We will help you to know your strengths and weaknesses, your talents, your gifts and we will help you to find purpose and meaning in your life. We will guide you through the best career that suits you. The cost for this service is $25 per session.
6. Grief and bereavement support
If you are our customer and now you lost your loved one, look up to Dadyminds, we are together with you during the tough moments. We will help you to quickly relieve the loss and keep going on with your life. We know that our loved one are very important but if they die, they are gone from us and we who are still here have to work hard and keep on creating legacy. We find that as the best way to keep the souls of our loved ones rest in peace.
The cost of this service is free for about two weeks and you will only pay if you request any other special mental health services.
BUSINESS PROGRAM
1. Business skills support
In this service, we will help you to learn and understand your business as we will help you to get all the necessary skills you need to become a great entrepreneur. We will help you to know the skills you need and where you can find them and the cost of this service only start at $15 per individual.
2. Business planning
We provide you with a professional business plan to get you started with your business. You may have an idea but don’t know what to do, we will help you create an action plan that will help you to generate a beautiful income. The average cost of a business plan is $1000 but the cost may vary due to the type and size of the business you want to implement.
3. Business set-up
In business set up, we usually refer to work place organization where we help you to organize your staff, set company rules and regulations plus work place designing. The average cost for this service is $500 which may vary due to the business size.
4. Marketing support
The marketing support includes advertisement and the service cost starts from $20 or higher due to your target audience.
5. Business coaching
We will help clarify your vision and show you how it fits your personal goals. We will help you take your business from where it is now to your ideal dream business. We advise you on how to become the best business personnel who can stand even when others are failing. The average cost for this service is $500 per month with three (one hour) sessions each week and $150 per week. The cost can vary due to the type of the business and/or the size of the business.
6. Business branding
In business branding, we create your business logos, business cards and other business documents like employee statement, t-shirts, notebooks, pens, flyer, advertising cards for social media platforms and we prepare small advertisement videos that shows your products and services plus many more business documents, as you may need. The branding cost starts from $15 or above due to the type and quality of service or product you want.
7. Web designing
In website designing, we have two kinds of services, which are simple sites and e-commerce web creation. All our sites includes SEO tools and other google related website tools installed.
Simple sites creation usually starts from $300 and varies due to the website size and/or other additional features.
E-commerce web creation starts from $1500 and varies due to the other additional features you would like in your website.
Simple sites may be personal sites or business sites that display company information only while e-commerce websites help companies to sell their products and services online.
